On the Last Day of Holidailies
Jan. 1st, 2013 07:42 pmI managed to make it through the whole time posting every day, even while traveling. Some of those were short "what I did" posts, but they still count.
Today's major activities were the Bauhaus Center's self-guided walking tour of the "white city" (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and a stroll through the crafts market, during which I succumbed to temptation twice. Three times if you count felafel.
It's been a great trip, though not long enough, of course. I already have tentative itineraries for 1 or 2 more trips to Israel. But first I have to survive nearly 12 hours in the back of a plane tomorrow.
At some point, after I get home, I will do my annual year in review. Catching up on things afterwards is always the hardest part of vacations.
