fauxkloreMy holidailies entry on Areas of Unrest today deals with Jewish rock stars and (not necessarily Jewish) charities.
I also, however, want to mention that my mind must be slowing down. I am ashamed to admit how far into Lawrence Block's The Burglar in the Rye I got before I realized what the title meant and why Bernie Rhodenbarr kept drinking rye. The weird part is that I caught onto the Salinger (and Joyce Maynard) references right away. I'd just forgotten the title of the book I was reading.
Which I am not quite done with, so it's time for me to crawl into bed with Mr. Rhodenbarr, so to speak.
