fauxkloreBlue Lagoon was very relaxing even though it is pricy for what amounts to the experience of slathering your face with white mud while relaxing in a pool of hot water run-off from a geothermal power plant. Flight home was fine. No line at immigration but it took ages to get checked luggage.
Today was mostly errands, especially as I leave on a business trip tomorrow. Iceland is only 4 hours time difference from here, but I am still exhausted way earlier in the day than I should be. And I want to be at the airport particularly early tomorrow because I suspect that the security theater will be more onerous than usual.
