Remarkable inefficiency

fauxkloreI registered for three classes at Stitches East. I know I put my correct current address on the registration form on-line.
I got the confirmation receipt yesterday. It was mailed to my old address (without the apartment number, no less).
Apparently, the form doesn't automatically update their address database.
It's a good thing I open all my mail, even apparent junk mail, since I didn't recognize the sender, which was XRX Incorporated.
Also, the receipt just shows class numbers and not names, so one needs to dig out the brochure to check that the classes are correct.
One hopes the instructors are better than the administrative staff.
