That was fabulous! Thanks for posting it. I love holidays and commemorations of all kinds, but really I never actually do anything to celebrate or commemorate (I'm lazy, non-social, and don't have kids), so I guess it's more the idea I like. That and I fully support any reason to eat good food :-)
