Permission for Time Off

fauxkloreI'm back to my regular weekly update schedule over at Areas of Unrest. Today's entry was a little about my vacation, a little about the Voices in the Glen business meeting today and a little about giving myself permission to not do some things for the rest of January.
Someone at work once described me as a high bandwidth person and asked me if I ever slowed down or if I went full tilt until I crashed. I didn't really know what to say at the time, but it seems that the answer is currently the latter. I just have to keep reminding myself that it's okay to take a little time off.
