Vacation Part 1
Mar. 23rd, 2015 05:21 pmI made it to Norway just fine. I spent one day in Oslo, which I spent taking advantage of a sunny day to see Akershus Fortress. I also stopped in at Mini Bottle Gallery, which was nicely quirky.
I am now in Bergen, after a longish train ride. I followed a walking tour I had printed out. And took the funicular to Mount Floyen. I also bought yarn.
Plan for tomorrow is Knitting Industry Museum. In the evening I start my Hurtugruten cruise up the coast. I will have little, if any internet access for a week. So silence means being really disconnected.
