Quick Pre-Vacation Note

As usual, I am in scurrying around mode before going off on a vacation. This was not helped by being out late last night. Pierre Bensusan was playing in Takoma Park and I couldn't resist. He was, as always, brilliant. I am more and more convinced that his guitar is actually its own life form. He also reported a comment (from someone he met) which resonated with me. "There are two kinds of music. Good music and less good music." Pierre plays good music.

The only things I absolutely have to do before going are bill paying, a quick trip to the post office and drug store for vitamins, dropping off a form at the condo office, and packing. But I like to come home to a relatively chaos free place. So it is time to get things done. See you in a couple of weeks.
