It looks like the Elvis is Alive Museum is going to die. The owner has, apparently, been trying to sell the museum on ebay but didn't get any takers.

On a more positive note, I learned yesterday about the existence of The National Museum of Language. Since it is (relatively) local, free, and metro accessible, I expect you'll be hearing more about this from me.
