When I make a reservation with you that includes legs on multiple other airlines, you do send me a confirmation email that shows all of the legs.

However, when I log in to my Mileage Plus account and look at that very same itinerary on line, it displays only the legs that are actually on United.

This is annoying. And it is more annoying that this started only after you recently "upgraded" your online system.

Your website says that one needs an appointment to obtain a visa. I was glad to find out that this is not true when I called to make said appointment.

However, said website also has the wrong information on both the processing time and the fee.

I live near enough to go in person, so this is a minor issue for me. But I suspect a lot of people are trying to obtain visas by mail and it would be helpful to correct this information.
