I'm not sure, since I haven't seen numbers broken out that way. I think the statistics reported are usually just for commercial aviation. That probably does include things like charters, private jets, flightseeing and so on.

My assumption is that the deadliest aviation is military aircraft. Even outside the risks of war, fighter planes are designed to be unstable and require active control, unlike commercial planes. Throw in the general attitude of fighter pilots (and I work with several) and *cringe*.
