My wife and I have a spreadsheet on google docs in which she extracted all the online data for all the snacks, took the calories, protein, fat, saturated fat, carbs, sugars, and fiber, and ran them through the Weight Watchers points formula. I pretty much have restricted my Graze boxes to things which are 5 points or below, unless they're REALLY good. To explain what that means in perspective: my Weight Watchers points budget was 30 points plus splurge points and exercise points while I was trying to run a calorie deficit, and now that I'm around maintenance, is 36 points per day, plus splurges and exercise. So 5 points means "about a seventh of my food for the day," which I think is a perfectly reasonable amount of food for a snack. I'll usually have one or two Graze snacks a day, or, if I'm really just running around crazy, I might eat two snacks as a meal. Which isn't as satisfying as a REAL meal, but some days, something like that or a protein bar or something is what ends up happening, and it's better for me than hitting the drive-thru.
