Yeah, while Pohl was an important writer, he was a more important editor. In recent years, Pohl was also significant as a blogger and fan writer. His blog, "The Way the Future Blogs" was a lot of fun, combining both interesting reminiscences of fan culture, and insightful political commentary. He was blogging until literally the day he died.
