I probably should've added more context to my question. Part of my job (really anyone's job in higher ed) is helping students figure out what they want to be doing in life and how to tell their story (including the story of their journey) in cover letters, interviews, essays, etc. Hopefully that helps.

It could be a one-day course or something more in depth, ideally East Coast or on Zoom. Mostly interested in personal stories or more general techniques because both could be applicable for work (and thus I could use work funds to pay for it).
