Rhode Island-style calamari is my favorite, man! Though I agree it's got less of an association with the state than coffee milk or Narragansett beer.

The Boston real estate market is ludicrous. I'm hearing that it's getting slightly less so for renters, what with the pandemic, but for home/condo buyers, you're going to be utterly screwed unless you're willing to live way out in the suburbs. I wish I could tell you I thought it would get any better in the next three years, but honestly, if you're still looking up here then, expect it to be every bit as bad; we have low supply and very high demand.
