Reprise, maybe, but they haven't done a lot of really obscure stuff. My recollection is that the overwhelming majority of their productions are shows that are also commonly done by high school drama departments. That said, the do have an upcoming (or maybe current?) production of "Flora the Red Menace."
The Musical Theatre Guild would seem to me to be the most likely company to do a show like "The Happy Time," but they never seem to have more than 3 performances of any given show (and only one at each theatre they use. I suppose the Alex in Glendale is the one most likely for you.)
By the way, of upcoming musicals in L.A., "Pest Control - the Musical" at the NoHo Arts Center looks very interesting, as it is based on a novel I thought was one of the funniest of the past decade. The plot involves an exterminator who gets mistaken for an assassin and climbs the ranks of top assassins entirely by accident and coincidence.
