Yeah, for anticipated/scheduled phonecalls I try to use one of the "caves" with a door so I don't disturb people. If only my coworkers were so courteous! But if someone calls me randomly, I just answer and sometimes end up talking a while. Hard to explain about "I will call you back in 5 minutes from a random number if I can find an open room..."
