Actually, the theatre group they list is Signature Theatre in Arlington, Virginia, not in NY. While that is my favorite theatre organization, I already give them money directly. (I subscribe to Signature and give them an additional donation because they are one of the handful of theatre organizations that puts a real effort into producing new musicals.)

Overall, I was pretty unimpressed with the choices. I also noticed that the corporate choices were limited to various United Way branches - and did not include the county I live in, though all of the surrounding counties are listed.

Again, I really don't see a reason to donate via this, rather than directly.
