My tentative plan (subject to talking with someone else who may be going to Boston that weekend) is to fly in Thursday night and stay at an airport hotel. Then pick up a rental car early Friday morning and drive up to Maine, do the Augusta Volksmarch, and head back towards New Hampshire. Then do the Concord Volksmarch early Saturday morning, do the folk festival in Lowell in the afternoon and the Spinners at night. Stay up that way Saturday night, return the car on Sunday and do in town stuff until meeting up with Suzanne at the closing ceremony for the walk.

The other person I need to talk to won't be available until Monday, however, so that is tentative.

Spinners game is SRO, by the way, which is OK with me. One friend (who is definitely doing the folk festival) is still deciding whether she can deal with that).
