Unfortunately, Internet charges have become pretty standard at the upper ends of the major chains. I couldn't negotiate them away when I was running a conference, for example. That's because they often outsource the service.

Parking is also a problem (I just paid around 24 a day in San Diego, downtown). If you have a car with you, you're often stuck.
