Phil seemed to be tired in tonight's episode. I noted on Twitter that he seemed to be out of welcome mat small talk; somehow with Nick and Starr he was talking about the weather, though I will grant that the wind was a killer. Generally, though, Phil seemed a tad off.

I too was disappointed, for perhaps the first time in my fandom of this show, by the fact that this was a non-elim.
